Sam is an Associate Director and economist with Hadron Group. He has more than seven years’ experience and has contributed to government (state and local) and private sector projects in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and New South Wales.

Sam is experienced in working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects that draw on an array of technical inputs and stakeholder needs. Sam’s expertise is in business case development for infrastructure projects, economic and financial modelling (e.g. Cost Benefit Analysis), geospatial analysis and stakeholder engagement. Key sectors of experience include transport, social infrastructure and education.
