She specialises in transforming complex datasets into accessible, decision-ready insights building scalable data pipelines, interactive dashboards, and automated reporting systems that help organisations make better use of their data.

Riya brings a strong technical foundation alongside a practical understanding of stakeholder needs. Her work spans the full data lifecycle: from extracting, cleansing, and validating source data through to designing visualisations that communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. She has particular experience delivering data solutions in regulated environments, where rigorous compliance and governance requirements demand both precision and pragmatism.

Prior to joining Hadron Group, Riya held roles across financial services, professional services, and technology. At PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia, she led large-scale data remediation for a major financial institution, ensuring compliance with AUSTRAC requirements and automating KPI reporting for senior stakeholders. At Westpac, she developed Power BI dashboards to monitor operational performance and surface land risk insights. At Accenture, she supported data validation and financial transaction processing across complex enterprise systems, gaining broad exposure to large-scale implementation programmes.
