Katherine is an Associate Director with 13 years of experience across consulting and in-house roles, specialising in strategy development and execution, and in mergers and acquisitions across the full lifecycle.

She has worked in financial services, insurance, infrastructure, defence and professional services, both as a consultant and as an in-house strategy manager. She also spent three years as a small business adviser on a federal government program, helping more than 50 innovative Australian SMEs expand into new markets, export for the first time, commercialise new products and services and secure grant funding.

Getting businesses in diverse sectors export-ready for the first time is the work she is proudest of. She takes time to understand how different people work, brings a collaborative approach to problem solving, and likes to leave clients with new skills or templates rather than only a report. She is fluent in Russian.
