Associate Director / Manager
Team: Infrastructure and advisory
Hadron Group is looking to speak to highly capable consultants with prior knowledge, experience, and capabilities in the field of infrastructure advisory. You will be working collaboratively with all of the Hadron team on a range of projects for a diversity of clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has high self-efficacy in business case writing and helping develop projects from strategy stage through to final business case. As a firm, we are committed to providing each of our consultants, managers and associate directors a clear path to promotion and career progression.
Essential criteria

Prior experience or exposure to NSW government business case and/or project development cycle, including an understanding of relevant state and federal government guidelines

The ability to manage projects from inception to delivery and experience in leading project teams, managing a diverse range of people and skillsets

Strong verbal communication skills and excellent written skills

An appreciation of the importance of evidence-based decision making when engaging stakeholders and making investment decisions

An innate interest in developing your skills, keeping an open mindset, and collaborating

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders

Experience with business development, including tender documents and processes

A desire to learn, innovate, lead, and accomplish.
