Amanda is an accomplished public sector leader with senior leadership experience across three Australian state governments. She has successfully managed large-scale programs, policies, and infrastructure projects, overseeing operational budgets exceeding $500 million and leading high-performing teams of over 1,000 professionals.


With expertise in strategy, public policy, planning, and transport, Amanda has a proven ability to modernise government services and deliver impactful reforms. She has built trusted relationships with ministers, government executives, and key stakeholders, influencing major policy and investment decisions.


Amanda served as Deputy Secretary – Programs, Infrastructure, and Digital at the NSW Department of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure, leading complex initiatives to enhance planning systems. She has also held senior executive roles at Infrastructure NSW, Public Transport Victoria, Transport for NSW, and TransLink.


Amanda’s deep understanding of government funding, Treasury processes, and cabinet operations, combined with her ability to drive innovation, makes her a valuable leader in shaping sustainable and effective public sector solutions.
